Our.COOP is a training programme developed for those interested in the cooperative movement. The training programme consists of three packages in total, corresponding to different stages in the life of a cooperative – conception, establishment, and management.

Developed in collaboration with the Cooperatives Unit of the ILO

Our.COOP is a low-cost, easy-to-use training programme for those interested in starting, launching and managing a cooperative in a participatory and efficient manner. Our.Coop consists of 3 packages in total: Think.COOP, Start.COOP and Manage.COOP. Participants are invited to select the training package which best fits the current state of their cooperative and matches their exact needs.

Promoting agricultural cooperatives

Pilot tests have been undertaken with rural workers, informal economy workers, disadvantaged youth, and women artisans across Asia, Africa, Middle East and the Americas through ongoing development cooperation projects implemented by the ILO. Large scale pilots have also been organized in Cambodia, and reaching more than 300 farmers across 5 provinces. These pilots will soon be expanded to all provinces, in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and Oxfam Cambodia.
