Introducing the ILO’s Peer Learning Hub for Enterprises – a central resource platform for accessing the ILO’s activity-based and peer-to-peer learning resources and materials. Developed to support sustainable enterprises of all sizes and types from micro-entrepreneurs and agricultural co-operatives to large multinationals, users can now gain access to hundreds of hands-on learning modules covering a wide range of business, skills-oriented and workplace topics.

Looking to spur the next generation of entrepreneurs or in need of training materials to help build the workforce of the future? The Learning Hub features key tools used by the ILO and its partners including the Women in STEM sectors programme, Community-based Enterprise Development (C-BED) initiative and the recently launched Factory Improvement Toolset (for garment manufacturers).

Improved access to the ILO’s learning materials will be particularly useful for development agencies, government and social partners, private sector actors and NGOs. With today’s pressing need for more accessible and work-relevant pathways for learning, the ILO encourages everyone to take full advantage of our training programmes and available resources for a better future of work.

Hosted by the ILO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific, the new Peer Learning Hub for Enterprises is made possible by the ILO’s Women in STEM programme supported by the J.P. Morgan Chase Foundation, the Decent Work in the Garment Sector Supply Chains in Asia project funded by the Government of Sweden, and the Supporting Soft Skills for Youth in Cambodia project funded by the Government of Japan.
